British Encoder Products Company (BEPC) uses DPD (UK) & FEDEX (International) as its preferred shipping carriers. In certain instances, we may use other carriers. Shipping charges are added to your invoice at the time of shipment for invoiced orders, or at the time of payment for pre-paid orders. You may also elect to have shipping charges applied to your FedEx or UPS account by requesting this at the time of order.
BEPC's Standard Delivery for normal quantities is 4 to 6 working days (not weeks like most other companies) after receipt of order. If your equipment is down, or you need immediate delivery for other reasons, ask about our Expedite Service.
Expedited units are shipped out in for one- or two-day delivery. Under certain conditions, we can ship your order out the same day. Quantities may be limited, not all configurations are available in Expedite Service, and extra fees may apply. Please contact Customer Service if you are interested in Expedite Service.
